ORDER CANCELLATIONS

For order cancellations please get in touch with us at yalla@lamsa-bekaa.com within 24 hours of order placement.

LAMSA is a grassroots fashion brand working with a small team in the US to help us spread our crochet around the world. Please be patient with us :) Process time for orders can take 4-5 business days. Once products are dispatched, you will be notified. Shipping within the US takes about 4 business days. Products are shipped via USPS. Please be aware that any delays or lost items caused by the courier service are out of our hands and LAMSA is not responsible for it.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges please get in touch with us at yalla@lamsa-bekaa.com within 7 days after you have received your item. Products need to be in new condition. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are at customers expense.
